During the last decade, I have worked in business management for UPS and Fluor. Most recently, I was assigned internationally with Fluor as the lead Cost Controller for one of its largest Department of Defense projects.

Partnering Process

Every business is different and each project is unique, all requiring tailored solutions, but zoom out far enough and you’ll see shared principles and techniques for growth.

Step One: Planning

In order to determine the complexity of the need, we'll go through a Planning step together and then determine the level of Partnering needed for success.

Step Two: Partnering

Once we have worked together in the Planning step to uncover areas of need, we’ll decide which level of Partnering will best suit your needs: Training or Teaming.
